OK ... so the Republican priority must be national parks ... after all, one of the last bills approved by the House before the shutdown was ... $5 Million new funding for the Minuteman Missile National Historic Site to construct a visitor facility and provide parking. The site is in South Dakota.
Yep, we cannot have Head Start ... we must cut food stamps ... 'cause we need more parking in South Dakota.
